Availability: In stock

At approximately 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, an explosion at the Endeavor silver, lead and zinc mine in Cobar, New South Wales, killed two workers, Patrick “Ambrose” McMullen and Holly Clarke, and seriously injured a third, Mackenzie Stirling.

The articles collected here, originally published on the WSWS, document the key events in the three months that followed: the explosion itself, the union response, the company’s profit-driven push to reopen, and the scant details emerging from the official investigation. They also record the role of the SEP, the only political organisation to expose the truth behind the deaths of McMullen and Clarke and to arm workers with a perspective to fight for their lives.
